Do you know anything about the new crop of Everlasting contestants on UnREAL? — Jayma

In short, Quinn and Rachel stack the deck with a ton of crazies. “We have an African-American suitor, so they make sure that they have a Southern apologist girl, who believes that the Confederate flag is really about states’ rights,” EP Sarah Gertrude Shapiro teases. “There’s a Black Lives Matter activist, who doesn’t really want to be on the show. They get a Jew-y hipster girl from Brooklyn who’s maybe a blogger. We have a sportscaster — she actually is the daughter of a guy who owns the NFL franchise, so we just have a stack [ready] to totally explode.”

Hi Spoiler Room! What can you tell me about Felicity Smoak on Arrow? They left us hanging with her shooting and I refuse to believe she’s dead! Arrow can’t lose her! I love her and I adore Oliver/Felicity together. Got any scoop? Thanks! — Olivia

Let’s be real, Felicity’s not going to die. Still, torturing the fans with more than a month-long wait to discover Felicity’s fate is not lost on the producers. “I realize we’re being especially cruel this year, and for that I apologize, but there’s some great stuff coming up on that show,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg says. “Midseason finales are incredibly hard, but I think even harder is the one after Christmas, the one where you come back. I will say both The Flash and the Arrow episodes are two of our best come-back-from-the-long-Christmas-break episodes. They’re not placeholder episodes before the good stuff gets going. So much happens in both of these shows.”

Is Chicago P.D. ever going to dive back into the Linstead relationship? — Carmen

Patience, my friend: you will soon be rewarded! “They’re in a good place, especially after the wringer we put Lindsay through at the beginning of the season,” says EP Matt Olmstead. “She’s now got both feet on the ground. Halstead was there as a friend to get her back there. Now that she is there, the heat starts to cook up a little bit more between the two of them. We’re exploring that in an episode coming up that’s a culmination of that. Now’s their time — not the time to get married or move in — but we want to play the long-awaited romantic episode between these two. That’s on their mind, for sure, so we’re going to turn up the heat on these two characters.”

****I interrupt this regularly scheduled Spoiler Room for a few theories on what’s going on with Meredith over on Grey’s Anatomy in this jaw-dropping promo. Getting shot at Grey Sloan seems a little overplayed, getting stabbed feels a little too ER, but getting blown up in a freak gas explosion seems a little more plausible considering it’s one of the very few things that hasn’t yet happened to Mer — and I don’t count Kyle Chandler’s ill-fated guest-spot, and neither should you, since I doubt there’s another bomb at Grey Sloan. Just saying. Interruption over.****

I know Wynn Everett is playing Whitney Frost on Agent Carter, but will we actually see her as Madame Masque? — Makena

The show is doing its own interpretation on the character, though fans of the comics will still be pleased. “She never wears a gold mask, but you’ll see a nod to that,” EP Michele Fazekas says. Mainly, Whitney is going to be a great foil for Carter this season. “They’re a very good match for each other,” Fazekas says. “Whitney is smart, and Peggy can see through Whitney’s façade of being a glamorous actress. Whitney is used to people treating her with a certain amount of deference, because she’s a famous actress, and she’s met her match in Peggy.”

Any scoop on any of the NCIS shows? — Jonathan

I pick New Orleans! In the show’s Mardi Gras episode, which will actually air on Fat Tuesday (Feb. 9), Pride’s bar officially opens to the public. However, the episode takes a nasty turn when Pride and Hamilton are both kidnapped from their respective Mardi Gras parties and held captive by an unknown assailant.

Very excited about Margarita Levieva returning to The Blacklist. Do you have any more scoop on what she’ll be doing? — Dana

As I previously reported, Gina Zanetakos will certainly be shaking things up when it comes to Tom and Liz’s relationship. But this may be a little more enlightening: “Tom’s going to turn to Gina in a moment of desperation for some help,” says EP Jon Bokenkamp. “It’s going to be fun to see him turn back to somebody who he was essentially in a similar relationship to with Liz. He had been undercover playing her significant other. It might’ve been role playing [or] there might’ve been a little truth to it. They’re going to have to re-team for a mission and it might be somewhat spicy.”

Legends of Tomorrow is about to premiere! What can you tell us about the “new” Sara? — caitylotzarmy

I’ve seen the two-part premiere and can attest to the fact that she’s pretty badass — but the show will also soon go in-depth into what makes her tick. “Her journey on our show is basically learning that she’s more than just an assassin,” EP Phil Klemmer says, “which is a bit of a challenge because she was recruited by Rip for the fact that she is an assassin, and she is a cold-blooded killer, and she doesn’t hesitate when she’s ordered to pull the trigger, but she definitely has a personal journey that is at odds with her place within the team.”

Anything you can tease for Herrmann’s fate on Chicago Fire? — Dawn

How Herrmann is dealing in the aftermath of his stabbing will be fully explored in next week’s episode. “Like a lot of people who are victims of violent crimes, you go through a natural process that you’re not even aware of of anger and thoughts of revenge,” EP Matt Olmstead says. “But ultimately when the dust settles, whenever that is, you’re left with a choice: Either this is going to make you pull back from the world, or you’re going to appreciate what you had and almost lost and you’re going to reengage fully with the world. He goes through a crucible when it comes to that, and he has to make a choice.”

Even though Clarke has left Camp Jaha, is there any hope for a Bellamy/Clarke romance when The 100 returns for season 3? — Railly

Though Clarke’s been keeping her distance from the Arkers, Bob Morley still thinks it’s possible. “A lot can happen in three months,” he says. However, Bellarke ‘shippers may want to stop reading about now: The dynamic between the duo may not be full of those kind of feelings. “I don’t necessarily think that Clarke was holding him back from having a love interest. There’s definitely a connection there, but I don’t think that it was ever a romantic connection. There’s an admiration between the two of them.” With that said, we may see Bellamy in some romantic fashion now that he’s not so focused on war. Morley adds: “[There’s] the time jump to three months of relative-ish peace, then, there’s the option for him to open his eyes to that aspect of life.”

Is Parrish part of Scott’s pack on Teen Wolf or is he a bad guy? I’m confused. — Mary

The good news is that you’re supposed to be confused. The bad news is that Parrish is not a fan of anyone meddling in his affairs — Scott & Co. included. “He’s sort of still on the moral fence,” showrunner Jeff Davis says. “He’s got a job to do and you don’t want to get in his way. And one or two times, Scott and his friends get in his way, so it’s not necessarily a good thing for them.”

Best news I’ve heard all week: All men must die, but it just might be a while before they do. HBO is in talks for a two-season renewal of Game of Thrones!
