Kristin Cavallari has revealed that she got breast implants and a breast lift.

Replying to an Instagram comment, the 37-year-old media personality wrote to a fan: 'I did both after breastfeeding. Everyone [is] acting like I lied about it when I never got asked specifically about implants themselves.'

The mother-of-three clarified: 'I said in an interview YEARS ago that I had a lift (which, to me, felt like I was revealing more than I actually needed to) but I never once denied implants, ever.'

Cavallari shares son Camden, 12 in August, son Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, eight, with ex-husband Jay Cutler, 41.

The topic came up as Cavallari — who posed in a black bikini on social media this week — promoted the latest episode of her podcast Let's Be Honest.

The new podcast episode, shared on Tuesday, featured plastic surgeon Dr. Jacob Unger.

Promoting the show on Instagram, the former MTV star wrote, 'Today’s episode is a good one! It’s all about plastic surgery with @drjacobunger - we cover boobs, BBLs, face lifts, labia reconstructive surgery and mommy makeovers, plus the trend that everyone in Hollywood is doing.'

In another teaser, she said, 'We covered all the bases when it comes to plastic surgery on today’s episode of Let’s Be Honest.'

Dr. Unger dropped in the comments to write, 'Thank you so much for having me on the show! I feel so fortunate I have gotten to know you and to be able to call you a friend! You are the sweetest ❤️❤️ Truly a special person.'

Also on her podcast, Kristin recently addressed being underweight years ago when she was married to former football player Cutler from 2013 until 2022.

She said that she got down to 102lbs and was 'very thin' due to stress, but revealed she has since gained weight.

The Laguna Beach star was asked by a fan why she looked so thin when filming her reality show Very Cavallari, which aired from 2018 to 2020.

Following her 2022 divorce from Jay Cutler, the bombshell began dating Mark Estes in early 2024

'I was very thin. I'll put it in perspective for you guys. I'm 5'3". I currently weigh 114lbs. Filming Very Cavallari, I got down to 102lbs and I was eating the same amount of food that I'm eating now,' she explained.

She emphasized, 'The difference was I was so unhappy and so stressed out.'

'I look back at photos from that time period and I am like, "Holy s**t! I was rail f***ing thin. I was skin and bones. I looked like s**t,' she admitted.

'I think I look so much better now. And you guys, that was just stress. That was being in a really unhappy marriage, quite honestly. Literally, I was so unhappy and I had way too much on my plate.'
