Calvo Enterprises, Inc. and Calvo Trusts Corporation, collectively called Calvo’s SelectCare, announced their successful acquisition of Tokio Marine Pacific Insurance.

This strategic move solidifies Calvo’s commitment to enhancing its market presence and provides a broader offering of high-quality products and services to its customers, a release from the company states.

Tokio Marine Pacific Insurance’s name has formally changed to Calvo’s SelectCare Insurance, Inc.

The acquisition of Tokio Marine Pacific Insurance brings together two leaders in the insurance industry. Their combined expertise creates a stronger portfolio of insurance products and capabilities that will benefit customers, stakeholders, and Guam’s ever-evolving market. Calvo’s remains dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards, customer satisfaction, and corporate responsibility throughout this exciting new chapter, the release states.

Calvo Enterprises, Inc. Board Directors Leonard P. Calvo, Eduardo “Jake” Calvo, and former Gov. Edward “Eddie” Baza Calvo are anticipating that the acquisition of Calvo’s SelectCare Insurance will further the mission of Calvo Enterprises, Inc. to contribute meaningfully to the health of the Pacific Island communities of Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
