College GameDay coming to Gainesville

ESPN’s College GameDay is coming back to Gainesville.

ESPN and UF confirmed the show will broadcast from outside the north end zone before the Florida State-Florida game next Saturday. It will be the eighth time that UF and FSU have been part of the featured matchup, most of any that the show has covered.

Florida will make its 31st appearance on GameDay, a figure that leads the nation. Florida is hosting GameDay for the 11th time, second most behind Ohio State’s 12.

GameDay last visited Ben Hill Griffin Stadium on Sept. 6, 2008, when Florida beat Miami 26-3.
