I for some reason forgot to add this Jewish Bible translation, but we finished a round of studying it with Mati recently. Please see my more detailed comments on previous volumes.
I feel like the Living Torah is still a slightly better translation wrt language and clarity, but the Living Nach is also good and there is a wealth of material in the footnotes. I wish they published it with the Hebrew on the facing page like The Living Torah, but then it would've spanned more volumes, so I kind of understand. It's a bit annoying though if I want to look up something for him and have to go to a separate Hebrew Bible. Sure, most households who'd buy this translation already have Bibles in Hebrew, but I don't necessarily want to juggle two thick books when doing some quick learning with my kid, or a book and my phone with Sefaria (not an option on Shabbat), etc.
If you haven't read my previous posts, this is just a reminder that I recommend this translation for people with language and/or learning disabilities, especially Living Torah. Clear modern language, less use of rare and/or archaic words, good explanations etc. ____ Source of the book: I think this volume was a bar mitzvah present to him from his dad
