Solar radiation, nowadays has a lot of application in different fields of agriculture, irrigation, and hydrology engineering and due to these various applications, different models has been proposed for it’s estimation. Angstrom-Prescott equation is one of the most important well known models for solar radiation estimation. This equation has empirically coefficient that various for each location. In this paper, the data gathered in Mashhad Synoptic station during 1378 and 1380, Angstrom-Prescott coefficient has been identified according to the ratio of actual sunshine hours (n) to the maximum sunshine hours (N). Also a Regression local equation has been proposed considering several meteorology parameters including daily gathered data of saturation vapor pressure deficit, precipitation, air temperature mean, relative humidity percentage and n/N. En el ciclo escolar 2018-2019 México logró una cobertura de 98.7% de estudiantes de educación primaria. Sin embargo, la universalización de la escolaridad no se ha logrado en todos los niveles de la educación obligatoria. El fenómeno de desafiliación escolar de las hijas e hijos de familias jornaleras agrícolas migrantes en México se presenta como una situación extraordinaria que requiere ser documentada. Se ha reconocido que únicamente entre un 14% y 17% de este grupo poblacional asiste a la escuela. Los propósitos centrales de este artículo son: reconocer las causas de desafiliación escolar a partir de las experiencias de niñas, niños y adolescentes, además de los docentes que trabajan directamente con ellos; y definir las características y modalidades en las cuales se presenta este fenómeno en un contexto específico, centros escolares ubicados en diversas regiones agrícolas del Estado de Chihuahua. México. Es posible hacer visibles las condiciones asociadas al abandono escolar y generar reflexiones acerca de la viabilidad y relevancia de políticas educacionales implementadas para dar respuesta al derecho de la educación de la niñez migrante. La investigación propuesta en este artículo, es un estudio cualitativo, que recupera información de ocho estudios realizados por el autor, en los que se aplicaron diversas técnicas y procedimientos, de las cuales destacan por la información que contienen, las entrevistas semiestructuradas, los grupos focales y un total de 25 videograbaciones de clase. In neuronal precursors and immature neurons, the depolarizing (excitatory) effect of γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) signaling is associated with elevated [Cl−]i; as brain cells mature, a developmental switch occurs, leading to the decrease of [Cl−]i and to the hyperpolarizing (inhibitory) effect of GABAergic signaling. [Cl−]i is controlled by two chloride co-transporters: NKCC1, which causes Cl− to accumulate into the cells, and KCC2, which extrudes it. The ontogenetic upregulation of the latter determines the above-outlined switch; however, many other factors contribute to the correct [Cl−]i in mature neurons. The dysregulation of chloride homeostasis is involved in seizure generation and has been associated with schizophrenia, Down’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. An energy-effective routing is a fundamental task in a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) topology. It supplies a better cost metric covering wireless route quality. Quality of Service(QoS) is behold critical design disquiet in routing protocols for WSN. Both energy and QoS parameters are used to assess network communication performance. In this study an evaluation conducted to Secure Mobile Sink Node location using Dynamic Routing Protocol (SMSNDRP) into two phases: routing generating and routing evaluation. In routing generating phase, the best path is selected based on the minimum distance between (Cluster head CH and mobile Sink Node SN) and highest CH residual energy. While in routing evaluation phase, the quality of each path is measured via creating five scenarios, one for static SN and four for mobile SN.
