The Courthouse (Henllys) is nestled on the banks of the River Conwy in the village of Betws-y-coed in the Snowdonia National Park.
It is a converted Victorian Magistrates Court and Police Station and has retained a few of the original features.
Breakfast is in the courtroom and is a full healthy grilled Welsh breafast to set you up for the day.
The bedrooms are all individually decorated and most have forest or river views. All are en suite. Three are on the ground floor. We have a large garden which guests are most welcome to use. We can cater for special diets with prior notice.
The Courthouse (Henllys) has private off road parking but is in any case on a quiet no through road. There are many walks from the door and we would be pleased to lend you maps and books.
It is a short drive to all the major sites of North Wales - Caernarfon Castle, Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens, Portmeirion, Snowdon Mountain Railway.
