This visitor's video shows a trip to the National Railway Museum in York - and gives a good overview of the museum.

Famous locomotives on display at the time include the Evening Star and the Duchess of Hamilton. You also get to see the museum's turntable in action. Sadly the famous Flying Scotsman wasn't on display at the time.

It's worth remembering that the trains on display change quite frequently, so if there's something specific that you want to see, it's worth contacting the museum first to check it's still there.

There's lots more on display at the museum than you can fit into a short video like this - and it's certainly an excellent day out for railway enthusiasts of all ages.
