Nope just pointing out the obvious...all the bad facts about living in Las Vegas but you attempt to find the very few good facts; Oh there's no income tax...yes that is work living in the middle of the desert with high unemployment, poor schools and limited things to do.

It's simple there isn't nearly as much in Las Vegas as similar sized populated metro areas, period. There is no stat or fact they you will find to counter that. Las Vegas is a desert hole. And now even the casinos companies are having huge losses in profit and are starting major cutbacks...but please keep denying the truth.

Yet, you are working here and living here. So again who is the hypocrite pretending that Vegas is the only bad city in the U.S. when I continue to show otherwise?

Stop the silly posts 21...anyone who moves to LV knows it gets hot. And what do you think about those 4 million people in Phoenix? Boy they must all be half dead by now. It is 4 or 5 degrees warmer than it is here in hell. I don't think you have much time in hot wet climates either. Try Houston or even Dallas in August.

So you simply have a phobia about heat and need to move to upstate NY or Wisconsin or Minnesota where it will be a rare event.

And I showed you how to go to trip advisor and test other places against LV. LV wins against virtually anywhere comparable.

Again attempting to state something that you have little knowledge about. Of course if you would READ my comments on this topic you would have seen that my family plans on moving out of Las Vegas ASAP, most likely this month or next. Yes my wife and I have very good jobs, I work in the casino industry and she is a marketing director...making just over $150k. So sorry we are willing to leave two good jobs to get out of desert garbage hole.

Furthermore, I never said Las Vegas is the only bad city in the US...please stop putting words in other peoples mouths. You need to slow your roll and realize their is legitimate reasons why people dislike Las Vegas. I think Las Vegas is great to visit/vacation in...but horrible to live in and that is based on FACTS not emotion. You again need to look around and see the truth of what you are defending.

Nah, he won't want to leave his gravy train job on the Strip because if he goes anywhere else, there is the possibility his tokes are lower or his hours are cut. They just don't want to admit bad things happen elsewhere in similar populations.

Your posts show no facts. You simply have such a bias that you do not realize how you are trying to convert your opinion to fact.

Las Vegas is simply a normal southwestern city. Perhaps a little better than some a little worse than others. But it is not a wide range...they are all similar.

dIty is your bias that males you see this large gulf...simply bias.

Nevada - CCSD has a 30% drop out rate.
Nevada - Is #8 on the current highest foreclosure list in the US per Bankrate.com
Nevada - Is #4 on the current highest unemployment rate in the US per CNN Money.
Nevada - Is #3 for the highest crime rate in the US per USA Today
Nevada - Highest divorce rate in the US, numerous sources.

Please read...you may gain some useful knowledge.

No, that is OPINION, you need to know the difference. Just because you, Scoop, henderson702 don't like it here for whatever reason doesn't make it gospel so get off your high horse. There are just as many posters who find it favorable for whatever OPINION we have of the city despite whatever deficiencies real or portrayed.

The issue is that you guys simply can't stand that people actually like it here!

Sorry I don't work for tokes or have to worry about my hours being cut...but if they want to cut them and pay me the salary I'm getting please feel free. Again thinking you know something you do not.
