[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Chicago P.D. Season 11 Episode 7 “The Living and the Dead.”] The serial offender Intelligence is after on Chicago P.D. might have just made a major mistake because there’s no way that Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) won’t track him down now. Though Voight took in one of his victims, the offender was able to trick him into a trap, and the latest episode ends with the discovery of a barrel with Noah and his boyfriend’s bodies inside. We’ve been hearing about the “old Voight rage” coming back, and now we know why. Below, Beghe previews what’s next. The episode ends with Voight seeing Noah and Paul’s bodies in the barrel. How does he handle that? Jason Beghe: He feels like he failed, but I believe that some things are too hard to confront. And so what happens is—I don’t know if it reads or ...

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for Survivor Season 46 Episode 4.] For four weeks now, these Survivor 46 power rankings have mostly been comprised of members from the Yanu Tribe. It’s nearly impossible for anyone in the game to be the most talked-about player of the week when so much of the 90-minute episodes are focused on this flailing group. For the fourth week in a row, Yanu ended up facing elimination. Episode 4 may finally be the beginning of a new age for this struggling team. And let’s hope it is, because as it stands, Yanu is one of the worst — if not the worst — tribe in recent seasons of Survivor. Not because everyone there is a bad player, but because none of them can get their group act together despite their efforts. Last week, I named Bhanu the Dark Horse of the episode, as his and the team’s luck seemed to turn with Randen...

When Wednesday’s Survivor kicks off, Bhanu is still flapping his gums, only this time he’s being honest with his tribe about what he spilled during his Journey. Tiffany is rightfully peeved. In one fell swoop, Bhanu threatened all of his tribemates’ games. The truly rich part: He doesn’t even understand why what he said was wrong! The whole debacle leads Kenzie to wonder why the guy even came on the show when clearly he doesn’t know how to play. “He could’ve just gone camping!” she says. Can’t argue with that. No notes.

Kira Kosarin (Phoebe) and Jack Griffo (Max) stopped by TV Insider’s office, and we had them play “Knock Your Blocks Off” to do just that. Some questions in our Jenga trivia game were very TV-related. For instance, Kosarin, since she’s not single (ruling out Love Island), would want to be on Blown Away as a contestant. “There’s a Netflix show about glass blowers, and I’ve been wanting to learn how to blow glass, so I would want to be on that show and I would want them to teach me how to blow glass,” she explains. Ready player? Let’s get chaotic.
After diving into China’s Cultural Revolution in 3 Body Problem’s first two episodes, Episode 3 focuses on the increasingly weird interstellar intrigue of the present. We also dig into the science behind this science-fiction mystery, helmed by Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss and True Blood writer Alexander Woo.
“One of the really fun things about [Cixin Liu’s] books is that it combines a whole bunch of different genres before really getting into the hard science fiction,” says Woo. “I think that appealed to us in adapting the show: You’re not automatically along those science fiction rails from the beginning.”
Episode 3 is even called “Destroyer of Worlds,” a nod to theoretical physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer’s famous quote from the Bhagavad Gita: “Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.”

So, the universe just winked. Now what?
The first episode of the sci-fi mystery 3 Body Problem — created by Game of Thrones’ David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, and True Blood writer Alexander Woo —introduced us to the brainy Oxford Five, a cunning Chinese scientist, and an otherworldly phenomenon in which all the stars in the sky inexplicably flickered.
“Between climate change and the pandemic, we’ve gotten a glimpse into how people in the world react differently to a global threat,” Weiss told Netflix. “We see a similar spectrum of reactions in 3 Body Problem.”
As the laws of nature unravel before their eyes, the close-knit group of brilliant scientists realize there may be something sinister behind it all. “All sorts of strange things have been happening,” says Benioff. “Scientists have been killing themselves in unusual ways. Scientific experiments have been failing for unknown reasons.”

The Oxford Five has become the Oxford Four.
While Episode 3 of 3 Body Problemexplored the realms of virtual reality, the close-knit college friends face real-world tragedy in Episode 4. The shocking death of Jack Rooney (John Bradley) unmoors the central characters in 3 Body Problem, the cerebral sci-fi thriller from Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, and True Blood writer Alexander Woo. Brilliant physicist Jin (Jess Hong) and savvy snack-lord Jack discovered the truth behind the VR headsets: A condemned civilization sent the tech as a recruitment tool to vet top thinkers for an Earth-based organization who would welcome their eventual invasion.
“It seems like the craziest possible explanation,” says Woo. “But as our characters come to figure out, the only one that makes any sense at all is that aliens do exist.”

As “The Office” showrunner Greg Daniels looks to create a new series in the world of Dunder Mifflin, he’s tapped “Nathan for You” co-creator Michael Koman to help lead the project, sources tell Variety.
Daniels and Koman would serve as co-creators of the prospective series, which has not yet been greenlit to series and is still in development at Universal Television. It is not a reboot of “The Office” but is set in the same universe, meaning it would likely be set in a different office setting with all new characters.

Production designer Martyn John recalls showing filmmaker Guy Ritchie at least 24 English country houses for the 2019 film “The Gentlemen.” Ritchie eventually chose the stately home of Basildon Park, Berkshire in the U.K. for that film.
When it came to filming the Netflix spinoff series of the same name, Ritchie sought a home that was an exceptional piece of architecture with faded grandeur. Having researched houses and manors for the film, John had six homes in mind. Narrowing it down was easy. “As soon as I got to Badminton House, I knew that was the one,” says John.

Got science questions? Yeah, us too.
If you’ve raced through 3 Body Problem, the new series from Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss and True Blood writer Alexander Woo, chances are you want to know more about everything from Sophons and nanofibers to what actually constitutes a three-body problem. After all, even the show’s scientists are stumped when they witness their theories unravel at the seams.
The eight-episode series, based on writer Cixin Liu's internationally celebrated Remembrance of Earth's Past trilogy, defies human science and takes us on a mind-boggling journey that spans continents and timelines. The story begins in ’60s China, when a young woman makes a fateful decision that reverberates across space and time into the present day. With humanity’s future in danger, a group of tight-knit scientists, dubbed the Oxford Five, must work against time to save the world from catastrophic consequences.

Once any story hits the internet, it doesn’t just belong to the people who made it; fan art, fiction, edits, music, tattoos, and all sorts of reinterpretation follow, to say nothing of the barrage of reboots and remakes the corporations running the entertainment world are so enamored of. But there’s something interesting that happens, from both an artistic and an audience perspective, when much loved characters get transposed into a medium where their range of expression and even their physicality is different.

“After the Party” star Peter Mullan tells it like it is.
“The thing with acting is that it’s fun when you are playing. A footballer can relive the moment of scoring the goal, but it’s not as much fun as scoring the goal. Kevin Spacey would watch himself all day long. He never fucking stops. The man is an asshole,” he told the crowd at Series Mania.
They worked together on “Ordinary Decent Criminal.”
“We would barely finish and he would run to the monitor to check if it worked. If the cheat worked, because he was so fake.

NBC has announced that the Jimmy Kimmel episode of Password will air on Tuesday March 26th. As we previously reported, Kimmel taped an appearance on his late-night rival’s prime time game show last Fall.
The show is hosted by Keke Palmer, who won an Emmy for her work on the show’s first season. She’s joined in each episode by recurring player Fallon, who pairs with a contestant to compete against another celebrity guest/contestant pair.
It won’t be the first time the two late night hosts have worked together. In addition to Strike Force Five, the podcast that paired the duo with fellow hosts Stephen Colbert, Seth Meyers and John Oliver to help raise funds for striking staffers last Summer, Fallon and Kimmel swapped places last year for April Fool’s Day, with each hosting the other’s show.

All of those streaming price hikes are starting to add up.
On average, streaming households now spend $61 per month for four subscriptions to different streaming services, a new survey by Deloitte has found. That monthly cost is up 27 percent from $48 a year earlier.
Enough is enough: 48 percent of consumers surveyed said they would cancel their favorite paid SVOD (subscription video on-demand) service if monthly prices went up by $5. Thirty-six percent said the available content on streamers is not worth the price. There are slight generational differences on the whole monthly cost thing; see the below visual aid. Gen Z is especially fed up.
(For the purposes of this study: Gen Z is those born between 1997-2009, Millennials are 1983-1996, Gen X are 1966-1982, Boomers are 1947-1965, and Matures are 1946 and prior.)
