Stripey wrapping paper background with hypodermic needle and tiny water droplet (just about see it if zoom in) in a home-made clamp. Lumix FZ330 zoomed to 600mm (FFE) with Raynox DCR150 close up filter on a K&F tripod with low profile 45mm ballhead. You can see the image on the back of the camera which I've inset into set-up photo.
