Best Iconic Landscape Shot

Read the Rules, and Theme carefully!!! Do not submit something that you have submitted in the last year. Please give a title (location) and a description of your experience in capturing an Iconic shot. Let's see those iconic shots of Yosemite Falls, Arches, Yellowstone's Old Faithfull, Washington Monument, Matterhorn, Aries Rock, the dead Nambian Desert trees, and any other overly photographed scene. Again, Title it and give a description which tells us about the trials of getting the scene captured. It must be a Landscape, or Seascape, which is very frequently photographed. The focus is on creating a serene scene, while most of us know that you were shoulder to shoulder with other photographers. Here's your chance to use those iconic shots, that we all have, so show us why they are still routinely photographed and tell us the challenges you had in capturing it.
