Ask persons with disabilities what they need to be able to participate, just like everyone else. #2 Ask about and provide reasonable adjustments, like: Captioning Extra time Elevators Easy-to-read documents #3 Call out stigma. Challenge anyone who describes persons with disabilities as less worthy, less able to contribute or of lower value than others. #4 Be respectful and considerate.
