Agents should be informed of the planned next steps and progress that's being made in migrating software and team names in Phase 1. The key purpose is to keep agents informed and from guessing about rebranding and what they should be doing on their end for their communities.

Since we will not be writing naming convention guidelines for at least a month, it should be communicated to agents that their pages can and should continue to reference "OTRS" in their documentation until we publish more information in Phase 3 to help them, or we do the work ourselves.
