A joint effort of the European Union and WHO Regional Office for Europe in the Eastern Partnership - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine. The initiative has set out to help address the COVID-19 pandemic and build a resilient health sector.
