The app suddenly plays YouTube videos with sound (content, not ads). Can't turn the sound off. Can't stop the video either, because there is an overlay menu that won't go away, which also means you can't actually see the video. App support shoots themselves in the foot with an inane email setup: They route incoming emails through a third party, which forwards them in a way that breaks the SPF record, so the emails are automatically declined. Then they respond by saying I should email them! Fail

I cannot share an article. Even the "newspaper of record", the New York Times allows sharing and the Washington Post allows subscribers to gift a number of articles every month. The Saved article function malfunctions so that I can neither delete nor even read saved articles. Highly annoying. While I am on a promotional special rate now. I have marked on my calendar when it ends which is when I will cancel my subscription. The price is just too high and exceeds many important newspapers.

Just two weeks ago, I paid for an annual subscription and despite being logged in on the app (it recognizes my login credentials), it doesn't allow me to read any of the articles because it says I have to pay for a subscription. This is frustrating and needs to he fixed right away.
