Gary Gensler, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), warns investors that the crypto-currency market is riddled with frauds and scammers. He warns that exchange platforms are trading against investors, who do not enjoy the same protections over crypto assets as they do over traditional securities.
