What's a single question you could ask another Cowboys fan where the answer lets you know whether or not you'd even want to engage in football talk with them?

I don't really have a current one, but I used to ask people what they thought of Tony Romo. It would blow my mind when I meet someone else who said they were a Cowboys fan, and would follow it up with, "We just gotta get rid of Romo!" And I'm talking about this shit would come up during the "prime" Romo era, let alone at just about any other time.

Jalen Brooks is an attempt at another Noah Brown. Great special teams player at South Carolina surprisingly.

At first I honestly wasn’t sure of the pick because he really didn’t have much production at South Carolina and only 1 full year as the starter. Thought a kicker or a chance at a QB or even another OL would’ve been the choice.

Then I saw the gamecocks talking about him and his special teams contributions. Saying he was a 4 phase special teamer meaning kickoff returns, kickoff coverage, punt returns and punt coverage. All things Noah Brown did very, very well.

Very smart drafting. Getting a guy late that to most was a filler pick but really was for a good reason. Now this ain’t to say he immediately has success or even makes the team but it was smart considering we lost two of our big 3 on special teams with Luke Gifford and Noah Brown. We kept Goodwin but he’s getting up on age now.
