Photography

Every trainee is required to have a portrait taken for use on your Mayo Clinic identification badge. You're encouraged to have this done at the same time you are on campus for your occupational health assessment. If you're unable to have your photo taken before your start date, you'll have an opportunity to have this completed during your orientation.

Business formal attire must be worn for your portrait:

  • Men. Suit, sport coat, dress pants, dress shirt and tie, sweater.
  • Women. Suit, blazer or jacket, dress pants or skirt, dress, blouse or shirt (a jacket should be worn with sleeveless attire).

Mayo Clinic has photo studios at two campuses. both the Phoenix and Scottsdale campuses.

  • Phoenix campus is located at 5777 E. Mayo Blvd., Phoenix, AZ.
    • The studio (SSB 1-448) location is in the Support Services Building, directly south of the hospital near the Mayo Credit Union.
    • The hours are Mondays between 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
    • Walk-ins are accepted.
    • If you're coming from off campus during studio hours, feel welcome to call first in case of last-minute closures: 480-342-2289 (Phoenix)
  • Scottsdale campus is located at 13400 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ.
    • The studio location is at the main Mayo Clinic Building CO3N, concourse level (near Desk R).
    • The hours are Wednesdays between 12-4 p.m.
    • Walk-ins are accepted.
    • If you're coming from off campus during studio hours, feel welcome to call first in case of last-minute closures: 480-301-8130 (Scottsdale)
