Virtual public testimony webform

Please use the form below to sign up to testify. You may also use the form to submit written testimony on agenda items.

Public comment on non-agenda items will be heard at the beginning of Thursday board meetings. Comments on agenda items are heard before the Board votes on that item.

The deadline to sign up for the next scheduled Thursday Board meeting is Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.

After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you requested to give oral testimony, you will receive a separate email containing information and directions about joining the virtual board meeting.

During Thursday board meetings, comments for non-agenda items will be called after the vote on the Consent Agenda. Comment for agenda items will be called during that item’s presentation, before the vote is taken.

When your name is called, the Board Clerk will unmute your microphone. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes or less per person unless otherwise stated at the meeting. The Board Clerk will announce the end of your allotted time. You will be allowed to finish your sentence before your mic is muted.
