Bacterial Vaginosis (BV)
Some women with BV don't know they have it because they have no symptoms. Having BV can increase your chance of getting an STD.
Bacterial vaginosis is the most common vaginal condition in women ages 15-44.
Treatment is especially important for pregnant women. Pregnant women with BV may deliver premature (early) or low birth-weight babies.
