• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews every 3 months unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by the user going to their iTunes Account Settings after purchase

Mayo Clinic diet 🥰

I have lost about 20 lbs., but more importantly on this diet my blood pressure has dropped and my cholesterol is back down in an acceptable rang. Feel good not hard to follow. Has little motivational articles and videos periodically to help my enjoy staying on track.

Not very functional

The app is very glitchy. The only thing I like is that it does give you a meal plan and grocer list. The problem is the recipes in the website are different from the app. There is also get little flexibility in swapping off the meal plan and the recipes are not very good. Customer service is flow to respond. I tried to cancel 3 days after starting and no response. I emailed again and they said I could switch to a shorter plan but it was double the price monthly. I feel scammed. I do not recommend.

Meal plan

The food is delicious but very time consuming. For a blue collar worker, the meal plan is not friendly for a break room that has a refrigerator and microwave for hot breakfasts out of the oven or fry pan. It seems that every recipe is a version of zucchini, tomatoes, either beans with little meat. That being said, I have had successful weight loss of 8 pounds in three weeks. So if you have the time to pretend cook ALL your meals in the evenings this plan may work for you.
