Drug Formulary

CareSource^® uses a drug formulary ( Navigate 2023, that is Navigate updated regularly. For the most up-to-date information, and to view non-specialty drug criteria, access the online Formulary Search Tool.

Members may be required to pay copays for prescription drugs. Copay amounts vary based on plan and medication. Coinsurance is applied for specialty pharmacy.
