Please pick up your new library card within the next 6 months. When you pick up your card, please bring photo identification or contact us for options. 

  • If you are ages 13-17, you can show photo ID or bring an adult with you
  • If you are under age 13, bring an adult with you.

Are you a teacher or homeschooler? Sign up for an educator library card.

Students in Multnomah County school districts may be able to use their student ID number as a library card. Learn more about Library Connect

Library cards are free for people who live in our service area, which includes Multnomah and several surrounding counties. There are other options for free access if you live outside Multnomah County.

If you already have a Multnomah County Library card, you don’t need to register again. Please contact us if you can’t log into your account.
