BBC StoryWorks accepts media for transcode only if it is in one of the formats listed below. sdfadsf

If you have a case for using another format please let us know and we'll work with you to resolve your request, although this may lead to longer production times.

Acceptable audio input formats

There is a 50 GB file size limit for uploading audio.

Clips MUST be longer than 1-second to avoid issues when attempting to input.

MPEG Audio - version 1 (standard MP3 file) 192kbps .mp3 ·Wave - PCM - Microsoft .wav
Acceptable image input formats

There is a 4 MB file size limit for uploading images. Image width is limited to 2054 pixels.

JPG (not PNG, SVG or GIF)

SMP/EMP: You must ensure that the image is in the correct aspect ratio (16:9 - landscape) and the correct size (1920 x 1080 is current guidance from iPlayer picture editors)
Acceptable Logo Formats

Two formats to be supplied:

JPEG 88 x 31 pixels for Partnered Content only

Digital Delivery:

FTP Folder: Incoming/BBC World News

File naming: No spaces in title
