- What do I get with my subscription

As a digital subscriber, you will get access to your chosen weekly Local Irish News Title.
This is a digital version of the physical newspaper and includes a new interactive crossword feature.
- How are digital subscriptions billed?

As a digital subscriber, you can pay via debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
- I’m trying to subscribe, but I get an error message to say that my ‘Email already exists’. What do I do next?

Local Irish News is part of the INM family. If you have already registered on Independent.ie or BelfastTelegraph.co.uk, then you can share your log in details across these three websites.
Alternatively, you are welcome to subscribe using a separate email address.

- What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Care on +353 (1) 705 5747 or by emailing customerhelp@localirishnews.ie.
When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is one month, so your access will continue for the remainder of the monthly cycle.
