Azure SignalR Service now supports ASP.NET!

Azure SignalR Service is a fully managed real-time messaging service, built on ASP.NET Core SignalR. ASP.NET Core SignalR has many features incompatible with ASP.NET SignalR, so existing ASP.NET SignalR Application doesn't work with SignalR Service.
