Vision impairment severely impacts the quality of life among adult populations. Adults with vision impairment often have lower workforce participation rates and higher rates of depression and anxiety.

Avoid eye strain and headaches- follow the 20-20-20 rule. After 20 minutes spent using a screen, look at an object 20 feet away, for at least 20 seconds.
