Step 4: Final Exam

After earning a minimum passing grade of 70% in each course assessment, take the BIDA™ final exam to earn your program certification.

Step 5: Get BIDA™ Certified

Congratulations! Upon completion of the program, you will receive a block-chain digital certificate with your new credentials. You also have the option to order a physical certificate to be mailed to your door.

Sebastian leads our BIDA program, and has worked with a variety of BI tools across a number of industries. From Quant Energy Risk Management, to Financial and Retail analysis, Seb loves the challenge of automating and communicating complex analysis with simplicity and clarity. He has a degree in Economics and Finance and focused on Econometrics.
Joseph Yeates
Joseph is passionate about driving better decision making by creating, curating, and communicating insights from data. He has a degree in Business Administration and Finance, with further certifications in Business Analytics & Decision Making and Applied Database Administration & Design. A data enthusiast with a background in Retail Banking, he is an advocate for making advanced analytics more accessible to a wider audience by integrating them in business intelligence solutions.
Pavel Nacev
Pavel’s passion is playing around with data and finding new and quicker ways to visually present and analyze it. Pavel routinely works with millions of rows of structured and unstructured data, transforming them into meaningful insights for business leaders. As well as managing all of CFIs internal analytics, Pavel helps develop our BIDA courses. Pavel has worked across many different industries and most recently managed the Tableau implementation for a market-leading software platform for enterprise and photo printing. He has degrees in Economics and Business Administration.
Lester Leong
Over the course of the years, Lester Leong has been applying data science and machine learning towards business and finance to improve profitability, efficiency, and model interpretability. He studied in multiple fields such as economics, finance, accounting, business, and data science. His work experience includes leading a fintech company in machine learning, implementing company wide data science initiatives as a VP in Wells Fargo, and other various data consulting roles.
Andrew Russell
Andrew has extensive experience as a Software Engineer, involvement in developing bespoke applications across many different has led to expertise in a variety of programming languages and frameworks. Building data pipelines and predictive models for clients in the telecommunications sector has given Andrew great practical knowledge of solving real-world problems with Data Science. Combining software engineering and data science skills means Andrew is uniquely placed to provide meaningful insights.

Can I download the Excel files and financial modeling templates?
Yes! You can download and edit the Excel models and templates included in your courses. All of the files needed in a course are available for download. Please note that while our study materials can be downloaded, the lecture videos are only available online due to copyright infringement issues.
How long does it take to receive my digital BIDA™ certification?
As soon as you complete the program! Students need to complete all 14 required courses. After completing the BIDA™ program requirements you can immediately request your digital BIDA™ certificate to be emailed to you by submitting your completed program through your student dashboard.
Are CFI courses verified?
CFI is accredited by the Better Business Bureau® (BBB) to maintain training standards, and by the CPA Institutions in Canada, and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) in the US for CPE credits. You can find more information here.
Are there additional fees or costs?
None! The program tuition includes everything and there are no additional fees required to earn your digital certification.
What currency are your courses priced in?
All of our online courses and programs are priced in USD.
How do I earn my certificates?
You need to complete all the video lessons, quizzes, and final assessments in each course to earn your course certificates. The certificate will then be available on your student dashboard and also emailed to you as soon as you have completed all of the requirements.
How are the exams conducted?
Students are required to complete an online assessment (MCQ's, Fill-in-the-Blanks, and Excel Questions) at the end of each course. You can take the exams at your own schedule and will need to earn at least 80% to pass the course and earn your certificate of course completion. Please note that course exams can be repeated as many times as you need. Students are also required to complete the BIDA™ final exam to earn their certification. Can I email the instructor if I have questions?
While the courses are designed mainly for self-study, we are happy to provide email assistance for general or technical support inquiries. The Full Immersion bundles include a premium email support function which allows you to communicate directly with in-house experts in the area of study you are focusing on. This is one of the key features that sets the Full Immersion bundle apart and makes it a worthwhile upgrade over the more affordable self-study bundle.
