Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, The Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago.
