The only thing that had bothered me was the dark tone of the visuals. I get it that not every movie/show should look like unicorn had puked on it, but still it felt a bit too dark. Visually not storywise.
As for the story, it's excellent despite having few shortcomings! A pure tale of blood thirsty revenge of a highly capable man who has nothing to lose. He did what was right and wasn't distracted by all the modern "woke" crap.
Acting-wise, it made me a bigger fan of Chris Pratt than I already was. I believe it's his best role outside the first Guardians of Galaxy movie.
Additionally I gained a new appreciation towards Taylor Kitsch. Whatever happened to him? I remember him being everywhere and then he dissapeared. He is excellent here. Really would like to see more of him on screen.
Highly advised for all who miss glorious action movies of the past.
