U.S. athletes advance to double mini, synchronized trampoline finals at 2022 Pan American Championships

Harder also secured a spot in the men's double mini trampoline final. He notched a competition-high 28.100 on his first pass during Monday's qualification round en route to a combined 50.300. He was outscored on the day only by Brazil's Lucas Tobias who finished with a cumulative 50.900.
On Sunday, Bretscher and Harder earned the second- and third-reserve spots for the men's individual trampoline final. Bretscher's 53.665 just edged Harder's 53.485 on the opening day of competition at Rio de Janeiro's Parque Olimpico - Arena Carioca 1. Colombia's Angel Hernandez Recalde set the pace during qualifications with a 58.830.
The men's synchro champions will be determined Tuesday at 8:40 a.m. ET with the men's double mini title up for grabs at 10 a.m. ET. The men's individual trampoline final will close out the three-day event, beginning at 11:20 a.m. ET.
