Q: if someone’s will says you recieve the money through the trust at age 21 but the trust now says 40

the trust didn’t always say 40. just lost the copy of the original but would i. e able to take it to court and get atleast some of

the money

We bought our home together and are both in the loan but we’re getting divorced but we decided to keep the property in both of our names anyway

You would have to be able to show that the statement was materially false and that she was actually harmed by the statement before you have any Cole of a claim.

without more info, it is challenging to provide a competent answer.

this type of question would best be presented to his lawyer...who has all the info.

if police try to stop you and you don't stop, then whether you did something or not is probably not the issue.
