Subscription Information

The Massachusetts Register is the bi-weekly publication mandated by the Administrative Procedures Act (M.G.L. c. 30A). The Register publishes new and amended regulations; notices of hearings and comment periods related to prospective or draft regulations; and a cumulative index of regulatory changes for the current year. The register also publishes notices of public interest, as well as opinions of the Attorney General and Executive Orders. A subscription to the Massachusetts Register costs $300/year and single issues cost $15.00.

NEW ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

This new service allows users to access the Massachusetts Register electronically at the touch of a button. You can search a regulation by agency name, publication date, CMR #/Chapter # or by description dating back to 01/12/07. A subscriber will also be able to search for a Notice of Public Review.
