Corporations Division

Recently a solicitation entitled Certificate of Good Standing Request Form was mailed to numerous entities. This solicitation indicates that for a fee of $87.50 a certificate of good standing may be obtained. Please note that certificates of good standing may be obtained thru the Division's website for fees of $12.00 – $20.00.

Starting July 1, 2020 the Corporations Division will no longer issue certificates of good standing until the fees associated with the necessary filings to issue the certificate have cleared. Once payments are cleared the certificate will issue. If payments are made by certified funds (i.e. bank check, cash, money order) the certificate will issue the next business day.
