No, it is not a violation because the crime took place before he was put on probation.

Q: I signed a lease but my landlord charges me anywhere from $130 to $230 for a month-to-month lease

I just noticed that my landlord is charging me for month to month when I specifically signed a 6 month lease

Q: Have friend in jail in Germany. He is a Contractor over there.

He was at the Airport getting ready to come home. He picked up the wrong suitcase. Airport Police arrested him on Drug charges. Bond is set for $1500.00 He told me he went to Court but not before a Judge. Can you give any advice ?
