One of the keys for inclusion is the education of both Romani and non-Roma communities, especially children and young people. An integral part of this educational process is mutual knowledge about the common history and culture of Romani and Traveller people and non-Roma in Europe.

The council of Europe produces a collection of pedagogical fact sheets on Roma history, culture, language, literature and Roma related groups. These factsheets produced in cooperation and collaboration with eminent scholars and researchers at Graz and other universities, are intended for unse in the classroom, by teachers and pedagogues.
