Truck buyers were right to ignore the previous-generation Tundra, because it was no longer competitive with the current generation of trucks. This year’s total redesign jumps the 2022 Tundra into the top tier thanks to fuel economy, powertrain, technology and cabin noise and comfort improvements. There are still some shortcomings and the new truck’s style won't be to everyone’s taste, but this new Toyota is a must-consider for half-ton truck fans.
