Mosaic Foods churns out tasty plant-based meals that can be frozen for later. There's no subscription required, so this would be a good chance to snag a few meals for a busy week. I tried the original meal kit company this past year and Blue Apron still holds up. After nearly a decade in business, Blue Apron still keeps things fresh and interesting with tasty brand collaborations, special menus, wine pairings and other fun stuff.

You won't see a lot of haute cuisine, but I've tried its pork sloppy joes and its chicken and linguine in a tomato cream sauce. All the meals I tried were delicious, easy to prepare and light on the wallet.
