He will have a right to see her if he is clean, but you would want to ask for supervised parenting time at his expense at a court affiliated parenting skills center or no parenting time if he is using.

Q: My parents and dog were attacked by a pit bull yesterday on our street.

My dog and dad both got bit. My dog was bit in the rib cage and my dad was bit in the arm.

Your father can file a claim against the owner of the house where the dog came out from as well as against any tenant who owns the dog. Your dad is entitled to recovery of his medical bills, loss of earnings, pain and suffering etc

Q: Can you sue a residential treatment center from when you where a minor (8) years ago for physical abuse and negligence ?

Myself and a few other girls from my treatment center where abused as minors and we have permanent nerve damage as well as other injuries we still have today. I was young when I left and didn’t realize it was child abuse until I was older
