Chris Noth has been dropped from CBS’ series “The Equalizer” after being accused of sexual assault by two women, Variety has learned.

Noth will be seen in one original upcoming episode of the series that has already been filmed, as well as future encores of episodes that have already aired, but will no longer be a part of the show. CBS and Universal TV had no further comment.

In a detailed investigation by The Hollywood Reporter published last Thursday, two women, under the pseudonyms of “Zoe” and “Lily,” separately approached the publication months apart and shared their sexual assault allegations against Noth.

FX will return to Atlanta (by way of Europe!) on Thursday, March 24, 2022, it has at long last been announced.

Premiering Season 3 nearly four years after its sophomore run ended, the Emmy-winning comedy will return with two episodes that night, starting at 10/9c. And for the first time, each of the season’s 10 episodes will be available for next-day streaming on Hulu.

“I knew this was something I wanted to do,” Hayslett tells TVLine.

Michael Keaton thought he knew the basics of the vast opioid crisis crippling this country — until he signed on to star in the Hulu limited series “Dopesick.” In hindsite, he says, “I didn’t know how it really worked, what really happened or how it was formed. I’m really fortunate I have a job where you have to learn something. I knew about the Sacklers [the family behind OxyContin manufacturer Perdue Pharma]. But I didn’t even know probably an eighth of it.”

Now he does. For “Dopesick,” creator Danny Strong adapted Beth Macy’s 2018 nonfiction book of the same name to create the limited series,

The red carpet premiere of Disney Plus’ “The Book of Boba Fett” has been postponed due to Covid concerns.

“Out of an abundance of caution, we will be postponing the ‘Boba Fett’ fan event,” the studio said in a statement Wednesday morning. “It will be relocated to the 8th of February in celebration of the finale.”

The special screening was originally scheduled for Jan. 4 at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. Expected guests were Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Ming-Na Wen, with more names to be announced at a future date.

The Wheel of Time is the wheel deal, based on early numbers. With the finale arriving Friday, Dec. 24, the big question is: Where will Season 2 land on a Prime Video slate that in 2022 will add The Lord of The Rings to its ranks?

Disney named Horacio Gutierrez, most recently Spotify’s top lawyer, as senior executive VP, general counsel and secretary.

Nielsen is in the midst of a battle to count TV audiences of the future, but the company just disclosed it’s still having problems counting them in the present.

The media-measurement giant informed TV networks and other clients Wednesday that it has, since September of 2020, undercounted so-called “out-of-home” audiences — the people watching programs in offices, bars, hotels and other places — for national TV programming. Nielsen cited a “software issue” for the problem, and vowed to release corrected estimates starting in mid-January of next year. But the process, Nielsen said, is likely to take longer to remedy. HBO Max has revealed some new looks at a mountain of TV shows coming in 2022 in a new sizzle reel.

Some of the shows included in the short video include the “Game of Thrones” spinoff “House of the Dragon,” the “Suicide Squad” spinoff “Peacemaker,” Season 4 of “Westworld,” Season 3 of “Barry,” Season 2 of “The Flight Attendant,” Season 2 of “Euphoria,” the “Harry Potter” reunion special and much more.

Due to production delays during the Covid-19 pandemic, fans haven’t seen some of these shows in years. No release dates are given, but HBO Max promises that the titles will hit the streaming

The Last O.G. is proof that you should never underestimate a good show or a good man. That’s because Tuesday’s Season 4 finale was packed with tenderness, twists, food, realness and heartbreak.

The TBS comedy’s finale opened up with an excited Tray presenting a tasty tasting menu to Josh, Amira and Shahzad in preparation for their graduation dinner. It included fried bologna and cheese sliders, fried chicken, macaroni balls and some kind of dessert loaf that was so decadent, Shahzad lost the feeling in one of his feet.
