Medicine Shortages alert service
Subscribers to the Medicine Shortages email list will receive email updates about medicine shortages. Subscribers will receive a weekly email with details of:
- new or updated medicine shortages reported by sponsors to the TGA and published on the Medicine shortage reports database, and
- other relevant medicine shortages information such as details of new Serious Shortage Medicine Substitution Notices or information about alternative medicines that are approved for supply in Australia to mitigate a shortage.
If you need to change your email address, please unsubscribe your old email address and then subscribe your new email address.
If you have problems subscribing or unsubscribing, please email tga.website@tga.gov.au. We can manually add you to or remove you from the list if necessary.
You can also subscribe to the Medicine Shortages RSS feed for new or updated medicine shortages reported by sponsors to the TGA. To access RSS feeds, you must download and install an RSS reader for your desktop or device.
