International Coalition of Medicines Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA) The ICMRA is an entity that provides direction for a range of areas that are common to many regulatory authorities' missions. The ICMRA identifies areas for potential synergies among regulators, and facilitates, where possible, international leveraging and resource savings by building confidence and deeper collaboration among regulators.
