Proposed Approved Biological Name (ABN) application form

Use this form to apply for an Approved Biological Name. This application will be assessed by the TGA's Approved Biological Names Committee (ABNC).

Please refer to the TGA approved terminology for medicines for guidance.

This form is available in pdf and Microsoft Word formats.
