This form should only be used if you are applying for a standalone licence to manufacture narcotic drugs derived from cannabis and/or cannabis resin. If you are also applying for a cannabis licence (cultivation, production and/or research), you should visit the medicinal cannabis section of this website and use the online smart form to complete your application electronically.
Guidelines
If you intend to manufacture a narcotic drug (other than cannabis), please email us with:
- your contact details, and
- an outline of the proposal.
We will then advise you on the necessary requirements and information you will need to apply for a licence to manufacture narcotic drugs.
