I think Taco Bell did a bit of a disservice to these in the promo pictures as they look like they're taquito-sized when, actually, they're the same size as Taco Bell's value burritos (i.e. the Bean Burrito, the aforementioned Beefy Nacho Burrito, etc.).
I've mentioned before that grilling adds a nice bit of crispness that all burritos should have. Seriously. It's good. Everyone should grill their burritos.
Like most Taco Bell burritos with chips in them, the chips here didn't fare to well in the steaming heat of the burrito's interior. I guess it might be crunchy enough if you ate it immediately at the restaurant, but after a short drive home (10 minutes about), the chips are very much soggy and add very little in the way of texture.
That being said, the seasoned beef and nacho cheese make for a tasty combination that was well-proportioned, with neither ingredient overpowering the other. The beef is heavily seasoned in typical Taco Bell fashion but not overly salted. The creamy nacho cheese serves to temper the stronger flavor of the beef.
Overall, the Beefy Nacho Griller offers the tried and true combination of beef and cheese which makes for some pretty good eats (despite the soggy chips). I wouldn't call it "Nachos for one" though; it needs more chips, and crunchy ones at that, to earn the name.

The first time I had it felt it had too much beef and lacked cheese. To my surprise the second time I bought the Beefy Nacho it had less beef and more cheese. Both were bought at the same restaurant (different day). So it seems the same item can be prepared considerably differently depending on the employee. I wonder if this is common in Taco Bell or this was a isolated case.
