TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
All sales are final, no refunds
This ticket is valid for one General Admission to Ripley’s Believe It or Not (Ripley’s BION) at Times Square location only.
Ripley’s BION, its parent subsidiaries and affiliates, (“Ripley Entertainment Inc”) are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or other items of personal property. Ticket holder hereby releases Ripley’s BION, their respective owners, partners, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and their sponsors, telecasters, distributors, stations and the respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, successors and assigns of all of the foregoing (collectively, the “parties” ), from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property and from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever. The Parties assume no responsibility and shall have no liability (including for negligence) for any injury, damage or loss to ticket holder’s person or property while on premises. Ticket holder assumes all risk of damage and injury, and/or loss.
This ticket is not valid for Private or Special Events.
The holder of this ticket expressly agrees that:
(1) The holder of this ticket consents to a reasonable inspection of their personal property before entering.
(2) This is a revocable license, which may be revoked by Ripley’s BION Times Square at any time for any reason.
(3) This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of all Federal, State or Local law or regulation.
(4) The holder agrees to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies established by Ripley¹s BION Times Square.
(5) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Ripley’s BION Times Square.
(6) Objects likely to endanger persons are not allowed on Ripley’s BION Times Square property.
(7) No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted in the venue.
(8) Admission to the premises constitutes your agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the exhibition and your agreement that your name, voice and likeness may be broadcast, distributed or displayed in connection with any program created from the exhibition without any compensation being paid to you.
