If you have an enquiry about a medicine, medical device or other therapeutic good, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) may be able to assist you.
COVID-19 enquiries
If your enquiry relates to COVID-19, information is available on the TGA website at COVID-19 medicines and medical devices and COVID-19 vaccines. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) health alert is available on the Department of Health website.
The TGA can assist with enquiries that relate to the COVID-19 vaccine approval process, provisional registrations and COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring.
The TGA cannot assist with COVID-19 enquiries that do not relate to these topics.
The National coronavirus and COVID-19 vaccine helpline provides information about COVID-19, COVID-19 vaccines, and the COVIDSafe app. The helpline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. General COVID-19 contact details are provided below.

If you have an enquiry for the TGA, you can contact us through one of the methods listed below.
Simple enquiries can generally be answered quickly by phone. Complex enquiries will take time to properly address. We ask you send more complex enquiries via email, fax or post.
