David Thodey AO is well known in public service circles for the independent review of the APS he embarked on at the request of then-Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull. The review produced an ambitious range of recommendations, including one that became the starting point for the APS HR Professional Stream. We were fortunate to sit down with David to get his views on the progress of the HR Professional stream to date, and his thoughts on the biggest challenges for the APS of the future.
