What the Press Office does

‌We communicate the work of the Department to the media and respond to media queries and requests. We are also responsible for the Department’s online media presence, including social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.

Working closely with the Department’s Protocol Service  we assist in the organisation of major State visits and events and we help to manage the media engagements of the Minister and Ministers of State
